Development Branch
Metrixstream now has support where you can make edits to a development branch so that we don't make mistakes on the live site until you know they work!
Now there are 2 links per page:
- Production
- Development
When you make edits, the online video platform gives you prompts warning you that you are editing the live site and suggesting you create a new branch with a 1-click option to do so right there. Back on the main page, it notifies you that you might still be in development mode and there is a button to make your changes live.
The new BRANCHES tab in the CMS shows the history of your development. You have the ability to rollback to particular versions.
